Young people from Dingolfing-Landau experience unforgettable Hamburg trip!

An exciting city trip to Hamburg was on the plan for a group of young people, organized by the district youth ring Dingolfing-Landau. The young travelers started at Volksfestplatz in Landau on Tuesday at 6 a.m. Two supervisors of the district youth ring were already waiting for the participants and ensured a smooth start to the adventure. With a comfortable bus from the KJR we went to Landshut, where the train was waiting for the journey via Munich to the Hanseatic city. If you like to shop, you got your money right after arrival: Because of the continuing rain, the young people decided to visit a shopping center instead of exploring the city.

This trip is part of an extensive holiday program of the district youth ring, which is offered in cooperation with the district youth ring Straubing-Bogen. From June 9th to 14th, 2025, young people between the ages of 14 and 17 had the opportunity to discover Hamburg. For 499 euros, or 479 euros in early booking until March 15, the participants were expecting an extensive program.

The travel offer included more than just visiting Hamburg. The participants were accommodated in a simple hotel, got breakfast and two dinner as well as a musical ticket for the performance of "Disney" hercules. In addition to a city tour of Hamburg, they were also allowed to take a harbor tour, the trendy miniature wonderland and either visit the panopticon or the chocolate.

Registration for these exciting trips began on January 21, 2025 on the homepage of the district youth ring.
