SVG Lüneburg once again showed its strength in the Volleyball Bundesliga on December 21, 2025. With a convincing 3-1 win against ASV Dachau, the Lüneburg team continued their success story and secured their 12th win in their 13th game. The sets ended with 25:17, 24:26, 25:22 and 25:14 and not only gave the guests from Lüneburg valuable points, but also the defense of their lead in the table. The match lasted a total of 97 minutes and reflected the dominance of SVG, which is currently very popular. LüneburgCurrent informs about the outstanding performance of captain Jesse Elser, who was voted MVP of the game with 20 points, including seven aces.
Although ASV Dachau is considered a basement child and currently only has a few points to its name, the team has already achieved considerable results against strong opponents such as Friedrichshafen and Düren in the past.
