Tragedy on the Walhalla: 32-year-old man is fatally falling into the depth

On Sunday evening there was a tragic misfortune at the Walhalla in Donaustauf: A 32-year-old man fell around 8.5 meters at around 11:20 p.m. and still succumbed to his serious injuries on site. The incident occurred while the man collected his things together with his partner and suddenly stepped into the void. He fell on a stone plateau below.

Immediate help was alerted and the emergency services of the rescue tried to save the man through first aid measures and resuscitation-but without success. The Regensburg criminal police have started the investigation, but is currently being targeted by an external fault.
