Travel crash in underpass: eight light injured in Oberhausen

this morning, on Friday, July 18, 2025, a spectacular accident occurred with a coach on Hirblinger Strasse in Oberhausen. Around 5:30 a.m. the bus, which was out and about in the city, crashed alone against the ceiling of a railway underpass and got stuck there. A total of eight people were slightly injured in the incident. Fortunately, the bus driver was not injured.

emergency services were quickly on site to supply the injured. The bus then had to be towed and the amount of damage was estimated at around 200,000 euros. Due to the accident, the road was completely closed for about three hours, while the police were examined and cleaning work.
