In the early Monday morning, July 21, 2025, a fire sparked in a family home in Griesstätt, which the local fire brigades put on alert. Shortly after 1:15 a.m., the integrated control center Rosenheim was informed about the fire on Hochriesstrasse. On site, the emergency services found a fire on the balcony and in the roof structure. Thanks to their fast and professional intervention, the flames were successfully brought under control and a spread to neighboring buildings were prevented.
Fortunately, there were no injuries, but the property damage is estimated on a medium five -digit euro amount. The investigation into the cause of the fire was taken over by the Rosenheim criminal police inspection, while the first measures were initiated by the Wasserburg police inspection.
