Fire in Lenggries: High damage to property for car preparation!

A devastating fire destroyed a car preparation company in Lenggries on Thursday morning, July 24, 2025, and caused property damage of at least 100,000 euros! At around 9:25 a.m., the integrated control center alerted the fire brigade after poet smoke from a 300 square meter warehouse. Fortunately, there were no injuries, since no people were in the hall at that time.

The emergency services from the Region were quickly on site and fought the flames, which have severely damaged or completely destroyed several vehicles. The comprehensive fire investigations were taken over by the Weilheim criminal police, which now wants to get to the bottom of the cause of the fire. The property damage could be even higher, but precise information on the cause of the fire is currently still pending. The initial investigation at the site was coordinated by the Bad Tölz police inspection.
