These measures were met with complete incomprehension because the woman was not involved in the accident and therefore did not appear to be a level-headed observer, reports South Germans.
The senior citizen was also charged with failing to provide assistance because her behavior posed a serious threat to the emergency services. Her continued journey was stopped for safety reasons while the investigation into the two accidents and the incident with the pensioner continues.
