Amberg honors successful employees: a festival for the talents of the city!
In Amberg, people are cheered: Mayor Michael Cerny honored 21 employees of the city in the small town hall for their exemplary training and test results. At the ceremonial event, which was organized by Cerny, the deputy head of HR Kerstin Scherl and Serera Burkhardt, the honored were not only allowed to accept personal appreciations, but also small gifts and warm congratulations for their future ways.
Cerny alone praised the diligence and commitment of the excellent employees and thanked the instructors and the officials for their support. After all, the importance of well -trained employees for the city administration should not be underestimated, especially in view of the challenges that the administrative processes bring. The graduates who have successfully completed their training this year include:

The successful final exams of the diploma of administrative hosts Elena Berschneider and Nadine Sebald, as well as the administrative economist Larissa Weiß, Serina Burkhardt and Manuel Gerneth are particularly noted. In addition, other employees were honored, including Julian Sendelbeck (Forstwirt) and Sebastian Schindler (Q2 for the fire service service). There were also congratulations on the completion of the BL I and BL II specialist exams, including for Julia Imgrunt and Cindy Rebl.Lothar Thumbeck, head of the consumer protection and price right, received recognition for his successful modular qualification in the scientific and technology specialist. After the official ceremony, a champagne reception with snacks offered plenty for a lively collegial exchange - a successful start for the new challenges that are waiting in everyday administrative life.

The new trainees can look forward to an intensive training week, which includes practical exercises, a tour of the offices and a visit to the city library and the city archive. There is also a day of age and fire protection training, as are a business-knigge seminar and IT training. The week is celebrated for the crowning glory.
Mayor Cerny and HR officer Dr. Bernhard Mitho warmly welcomes the new faces and emphasize the importance of these talents for the city, especially in view of the impending shortage of skilled workers. Numerous employees will retire in the next ten years, which opens up exciting opportunities for the new trainees. Dr. Mitko encouraged the young people to question existing working methods and actively shape digitization in the administration.
