The athlete from marriage bichl near Reutte secured the title with a superior victory on the last stage at the Stilfser Joch. The climb is not only demanding, but is also often used by Giro d’Italia. Anyone who has already driven the route knows that the Stilfser Joch really demands a lot of skills here - with a continuous slope of up to 14 percent and a total length of 25 kilometers, including 1850 meters of altitude.

This was how the 32-year-old was enthusiastic about anticipation in Prad (Vinschgau, South Tyrol). Julia Sörgel started as a favorite again and was able to master the challenge with flying colors. During her appearance on the Stilfser Joch, she not only set up a track record, but also only needed 1:26 hours for the stage, despite the hard headwind in the last third.
