In just a few weeks the time has come: the Rhön-Grabfeld cultural agency invites you to the first annual specialist day of the “Schaff | Rooms | Rhön-Grabfeld” project. On Friday, November 14, 2025, those interested can look forward to an exciting day full of inspiration and creative ideas in picturesque Nordheim in the Rhön. How Rhön Canal reports, this event is particularly intended for clubs, initiatives and cultural workers from the areas of culture, education and democracy work.
The specialist day will be popularNordheim cultural certificate(Marktplatz 7) and the doors open at 2:30 p.m. Coffee and snacks provide the right momentum, because no one should be left out in terms of culinary delights. A place for meeting and exchange
The aim of the specialist day is clear: impulses and developments should be considered and a space for exchange should be created. The project “Schaff | Rooms – Rhön-Grabfeld” is part of the nationwide funding program Aller.Land – designing together. Strengthen structures. This supports rural and structurally weak regions of Germany. In the last five years, funding of around 1.5 million euros has flowed into this important project, which aims to increase the visibility and strengthen the existing cultural offerings in the region.
The implementation takes place through the development of new, low-threshold cultural offerings that respond to the needs of the population in the district. There is also a flexible modular system that is based on local conditions. This all serves as a reminder of how important it is for every voice to be heard in the community context.
Cultural participation for everyone
The specialist day is aimed not only at cultural workers and political representatives from communities, but also at interested citizens of the Rhön-Grabfeld district. Especially in times when social interactions are often neglected, the exchange of new ideas for cultural participation and democratic coexistence is essential. Anyone who would like to take part should register by November 10th - this is the only way to ensure participation.
