The forest conversion initiative "Future Forest" aims to ensure that forest owners work together and prepare their forests for the future. The results are already remarkable: So far, around 40 interested parties have used support and consultations to bring their forest up to scratch.

Another important aspect is the Bergwaldoffensive (BWO), which has existed since 2008. In the project areas- both in private and in the corporation forest- plantings, forest maintenance work and the development of hunting concepts are on the program. There is a close cooperation with various stakeholders: forest owners, alpine farmers, hunters, nature conservation representatives and municipalities come together to coordinate the necessary measures.
