The future of running events
The enthusiasm for running is generally not decreasing, quite the opposite! The next wave of marathon events is just around the corner. On marathon.de Running enthusiasts will find a variety of events in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Among other things, the program includes competitions in Wuppertal on December 28, 2025 and in Schlieren, Switzerland on January 1, 2026. The variety of distances, from 5 km to the classic 42 km, appeals to all fitness levels.
Every run, big or small, has the potential to bring people together and create shared memories. So it remains to be hoped that the next generation of runners will find their place on the route and carry on the spirit of running.
