Honor for loyal forces: District Administrator Kroder congratulates on the anniversary!

There was a festive mood in the Nuremberger Land district office recently. At a warm ceremony in the main meeting room, long-standing employees were recognized for their loyalty and tireless commitment. District Administrator Armin Kroder and staff council representative Marco Guth congratulated the honorees and emphasized the importance of their work. The event was a wonderful opportunity to show gratitude and celebrate the successes of the employees who work in various areas of the district office.

In his speech, District Administrator Kroder particularly praised the achievements of Karola Herrmann, who was retiring. Herrmann, who started working in waste management on January 1, 1993, was known for her objective judgment and collegiality. Her successor will probably have big shoes to fill in her new job.

Honors and promotions

But the honors weren't just limited to this one person. Hannelore Schmer and Christina Ott were honored for their 40 years of service. Schmer has always worked in the secretariat of Department 4, while Ott has made a name for himself in health promotion at the health department. In addition, Kilian Lankes, who heads the environmental and nature conservation department, was able to look forward to 25 years in office, as did Jürgen Rau, who makes an important contribution to everyday school life as caretaker of the Feucht secondary school.

  • Dienstjubiläen:
    • Tanja Ohlwerter und Christa Gertshauser: 10 Jahre
    • Wiebke Kleinheyer: 10 Jahre, Jugendsozialarbeiterin
    • Patricia Bauer: 10 Jahre, Digitales Bauamt

In addition, Maximilian Klieber, Saskia Strasser and Julia Dannhäuser were pleased to be appointed civil servants for life. Sebastian Köller, Tim Folgmann and Armin Dittenhofer embarked on a new professional journey when they entered civil service on a probationary basis. Martin Zimmermann, Julia Meyer and Milena Linhard, to name just a few, also received promotions. Their achievements were also recognized with small gifts and warm congratulations.

Insights into the past few years

The farewells also included notable personalities such as Karl Seibold, who worked in the district office for over 40 years and most recently provided an indispensable service as a motorized road guard, even in the challenging winter season of 2005. Monika Brandmann, one of the first compost consultants, and Angelika Jockers, who became known as a qualified social worker, were also honored for their services in pregnancy counseling - always an open ear for citizens' concerns.

Of course, when employees leave, they lose a lot of experience and knowledge, but their successors will fill these gaps with fresh enthusiasm and new ideas. The staff council was also convinced of the continuity and commitment of all current employees. As N-land.de reports, the district office staff is more than just a working group - it is a community that sticks together and supports each other.

Once again it has been shown that the Nuremberger Land District Office is a place where people not only work, but also grow. The celebratory recognition of employees shows that not only tasks are completed here, but also that appreciative cooperation is cultivated. The district office therefore remains an important part of the region, where tradition and innovation go hand in hand.
