The football landscape in Bavaria is getting a new coat of paint! FC Eintracht Landshut has experienced ups and downs in recent years that were difficult for many club members to digest. After an exciting time between the district and district leagues, a first promotion to the fourth highest amateur class in 2021 and a subsequent relegation, the club is now facing a new challenge in the Donau-Laaber district league.

After another relegation from the district league, FC Eintracht Landshut's goal is clear: they want to consolidate and play in the top third of the Donau-Laaber district league. Sports director Armon Ljevo is optimistic that the younger squad, which has been strengthened by new players like Edin Isic and Marko Dapic, will bring a breath of fresh air into the game. TSV Ergoldsbach, bottom of the table in the last district league season, also took advantage of the opportunity to re-establish themselves. The relegated SV Niederleierndorf, SG Wildenberg/Biburg/Kirchdorf and SV Mengkofen will certainly revitalize the league.
