New skilled workers for Dingolfing-Landau: Ceremony with 400 graduates
Today was a special day for further vocational training in the Dingolfing-Landau district. Over 400 graduates received their certificates and master's certificates in a celebratory ceremony. Among the successful participants were 56 from the district itself, who proudly celebrated the completion of their further training. The event was organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK), and the mood was consistently positive.
At the handover, IHK Vice Presidents Franz-Xaver Birnbeck and Hans Graf warmly congratulated the new graduates. Graf impressively highlighted the relevance of technically qualified workers in times of economic uncertainty. In his words, he encouraged the participants to face the challenges and find creative solutions.
Growth through further training
Birnbeck, on the other hand, emphasized the active influence of graduates on change in entrepreneurship. "Companies need modern knowledge, investment and technology. But above all they need the right people," he said. At a time when a shortage of skilled workers and structural changes are challenging the economy, the importance of continuing professional development is becoming increasingly clear. Therefore, educational institutions such as the IHK Akademie Niederbayern have further expanded their programs to provide companies with the best possible support in the development of their employees.
The offer includes tailor-made training courses directly in the company, publicly funded further training programs and preparation for recognized qualifications in higher vocational training. They also offer individual advice and the development of tailor-made educational concepts. The aim of all of these measures is to strengthen the competitiveness of companies and to sustainably promote the regional business location IHK Academy Lower Bavaria explained in detail.
A strong signal
Yesterday's certificate ceremony sent a strong and positive signal to the region. It shows that despite the challenges facing the economy, committed people are willing to take on responsibility and continue their training. The IHK work, combined with the commitment of the graduates, could be a decisive factor in ensuring that the Dingolfing-Landau district can look into the future with enthusiasm. It remains to be hoped that the newly qualified specialists will soon be able to incorporate their new knowledge and skills into their companies. And one thing is certain: there is something going on!
