Train trip ends in the nightmare: robbery at the Munich train station!

A 57-year-old man from the Göppingen district was victim to a brutal robbery at the Pasing train station on Monday evening. The traveler had consumed alcohol during the waiting time and finally fell asleep on a bench. At 11:00 p.m. he was attacked by an unknown perpetrator who tried to snatch his backpack. When the man captured, the robber hit him with full force, whereupon the victim fell and briefly lost consciousness. It was not until minutes later that he noticed the lack of his backpack and his belly bag and was disoriented over the station forecourt.

The police were only informed in the early morning after the man asked a taxi driver for help. Investigators accepted the display and quickly searched for traces. On Tuesday, two men, a 24-year-old and a 27-year-old from Munich, were checked in the area of Sankt-Paul-Straße. In the 24-year-old, the officials discovered objects that could be assigned to the robbery victim. The suspicion against him was confirmed what led to his preliminary arrest. He is now shown to the investigative judge while the 27-year-old was released. Commissioner 21 of the Munich Criminal Police.
