On Friday morning, July 25, 2025, two police officers went to housing accommodation in Bogenhausen to enforce an arrest warrant against a 43-year Senegalese. When arrested, the sought -after struggled, attacked the officials and escaped through a window and over a scaffolding. Despite immediately initiated search measures, the man was initially fleeing, with the police officers being slightly injured, but continuing their service.

But the story had a quick end: On the same evening at 11:00 p.m., the fleeting was snapped again with the support of the Munich support command. He was immediately taken to the Haftanstalt of the Munich police headquarters. The investigation into the assault and assault is now under the direction of Commissioner 26.
