There is an exciting initiative for young parents in the Weilheim-Schongau district that will be launched on October 1, 2025. The Early Childhood Coordination Center, known as KoKi, invites you to free parent information meetings specifically designed for parents of children aged 0 to 3. These meetings provide a valuable opportunity to discuss important topics and get answers to any questions you may have. As weilheim-schongau.de reports, the meetings are led by a family pediatric nurse who provides information about a specific topic at the beginning of each meeting.
The topics of discussion are diverse and cover essential aspects of early childhood. This includes, among other things, the sleeping behavior of children, breastfeeding and feeding as well as first aid for babies and toddlers. Parents can exchange ideas and find solutions together in a trusting environment. This type of support is particularly valuable so that you are not alone during the challenging time of early parenthood.
Dates and locations
The parent information meetings take place both in the Weilheim Mothers' Center and in the tower hall in Schongau. Participation is free and parents are welcome to bring their little ones. The upcoming dates in autumn 2025 are as follows:
