Day trips for seniors: Exciting excursions in the region!

What's coming up in our region? The VdK has some exciting day trips and events in its program that you definitely shouldn't miss. It's starting soon, because the next VdK day trip will take place on Friday, June 27th. The departure times are well thought out and allow everyone interested to get on comfortably. Here are the exact times:

• Kleukheim: 7.40 Uhr
• Ebensfeld/ehem. Sonderpostenmarkt: 7.50 Uhr
• Bad Staffelstein/Aral: 8.00 Uhr
• Bad Staffelstein/Insel: 8.05 Uhr
• Unterleiterbach: 8.15 Uhr
• Zapfendorf/Feuerwehr: 8.20 Uhr

Unfortunately, the planned trip to Heldritt to the Waldbühne is cancelled, but that doesn't stop the organizers from exciting us with other offers. For example, a day trip to Mindelstetten is on the program on Thursday, July 17th. There are still places available here! You can register by contacting Martina Buhr on 09547/8722266. Non-members are also welcome.

Other attractive excursions

But that wasn't all. There are some interesting trips in autumn and winter that are definitely worth taking part in:

• Fahrt zu den Adlerwerken nach Haibach am Mittwoch, dem 15. Oktober (Auftritt von Sebastian Reich und Amanda).
• Fahrt nach Nürnberg am Mittwoch, dem 12. November (Besuch der Lebkuchenfabrik Schmitt).
• Adventsausflug zum Weihnachtsmarkt nach Neumarkt/Oberpfalz am Donnerstag, dem 18. Dezember.

It is also important to deregister in good time if you cannot take part in a registered trip in order to avoid unnecessary travel costs. If you're looking for even more adventure, there are also multi-day trips on the program:

• Wipptal mit Almabtrieb: Mittwoch, 17. bis Sonntag, 21. September.
• Istrien mit Fischerfest: Mittwoch, 1. bis Sonntag, 5. Oktober.
• Adventsfahrt ins Salzburger Land mit Besuch der Waldweihnacht: Sonntag, 7. bis Donnerstag, 11. Dezember.
• Silvesterfahrt an die Mosel: Montag, 29. Dezember bis Freitag, 2. Januar.

The anticipation of these shared experiences is palpable, and the registration options are so diverse that everyone gets their money's worth.
