An important campaign is coming up in the Mühldorf district: the next bulky waste collection will take place between December 9th and 17th, 2025. Citizens should use this opportunity to get rid of unnecessary bulky waste. The registration deadline for this collection is November 14, 2025. A bulky waste check worth 30 euros is required to take advantage of the collection. This check must be in the Mühldorf a. District Office by this date. Inn in the waste management department. What falls under bulky waste?

Bulky waste includes large, movable items from private households that do not fit in the residual waste bin and cannot be disposed of as recyclables. These include mattresses, carpets, some upholstered furniture and plastic furniture. Important note: Waste from construction work, such as: B. window frames or roofing felt do not belong to bulky waste and will not be taken away. Things like leftover wallpaper and old clothes do not fall under this category and should be disposed of elsewhere.

A check can be purchased for a maximum of three cubic meters of bulky waste. The package includes, for example, a couch, two upholstered armchairs and a mattress. This is how the collection works

Once payment has been received, the bulky waste application will be immediately forwarded to the responsible waste disposal company. Those registering will receive a written notification of the exact pickup date, which will be sent one week before pickup. This means that nothing stands in the way of proper disposal! Citizens are called upon to dispose of their household waste responsibly and thus contribute to cleanliness in the Mühldorf district.
