Pfarrkirchen wins indoor title: 2-0 in the district final against Oberdiendorf!

Last Saturday there was a real football festival in Landshut! TuS 1860 Pfarrkirchen crowned its indoor season by winning the district final. In front of around 350 enthusiastic spectators, the team won impressively 2-0 against TSV-DJK Oberdiendorf. The goals for Pfarrkirchner were scored by the two players Pascal Dirnaichner and Mirza Hasanovic, who secured their team's triumph and ensured a memorable evening.

The tournament, which offered over five and a half hours of exciting football, was a real test of strength from start to finish. In the group phase Pfarrkirchen showed that they had what it took to be favorites by qualifying for the semi-finals with TSV Mauth. In Group A, both teams scored 6 points each in three games: Pfarrkirchen with 5:3 goals and Mauth also with 5:3 goals. In Group B, TSV-DJK Oberdiendorf also dominated with 6 points and 9:5 goals, while ETSV 09 Landshut and SV Puttenhausen also tried to reach the semi-finals.

Sensation in the semi-finals

In the semi-finals Pfarrkirchen, who started the tournament as clear challengers, gave ETSV 09 Landshut no chance with a 3-1 win. Oberdiendorf, on the other hand, came up trumps with an impressive 4-0 win over TSV Mauth. So in the final there was the eagerly awaited duel between Pfarrkirchen and Oberdiendorf, which Pfarrkirchen ultimately won and secured their ticket to the Bavarian Championship. This will take place on January 24th in Erlangen and promises to be another highlight in the football calendar.

Prize money and tension among the fans

At the award ceremony, TuS 1860 Pfarrkirchen was happy to receive a prize of 500 euros, while TSV-DJK Oberdiendorf went home with 250 euros. ETSV Landshut and TSV Mauth were also rewarded with 100 euros each for their achievements. Despite some tensions between fans during the tournament, which fortunately were quickly de-escalated, the spirits continued throughout the event. The battles on the field, fought with heart and passion, reflected the enthusiasm for indoor football.

TuS 1860 Pfarrkirchen is now well positioned for the Bavarian Championship. The tournament, which was covered by the PNP in the live blog, is not only an important part of Bavarian football, but also a place for the community to come together. According to the BFV, the Bavarian Indoor Championships are an official test of strength in the football calendar, which is of great importance over 22 district and seven district finals. The games are played according to the official FIFA rules and promote not only technical skills but also team spirit.
