A competition that will create momentum and joy is just around the corner. The Kronach district cordially invites all fellow citizens to take part in the “5 Years of Mobility” campaign. The conditions of participation are clear and simple, so that everyone who is at least 18 years old and lives in Germany has the chance to win great prizes. To take part, those interested simply need to fill out the participation flyer and place it in one of the competition boxes. Anyone who has a good hand here can look forward to one of ten coveted VGN TagesTickets Plus, which will be awarded in the draw on August 1, 2025. However, the rule applies that only one entry per person is permitted and there are of course no options for trading or transferring the winnings. The conditions are described in detail on the competition flyer so that no questions remain unanswered. Kronach district reports that all entries received after the closing date for entries will not be taken into account. To put it bluntly - according to the rules of the game, every participant must provide their data correctly, as manipulation or incorrect information can lead to exclusion.
Compliance with data protection guidelines is of great importance here. Participants can rely on the fact that their personal data will only be processed to carry out the competition and will be deleted after the prizes have been dispatched. It is also possible to revoke your consent to data processing at any time. This is not only good news for participants, but also compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Only the data that is necessary to carry out the competition may be collected and this must be treated transparently.
Legal basis and conditions of participation
The “5 Years of Mobility” competition is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. This means that the conditions of participation must be formulated clearly and understandably - of course also from a legal perspective. Ultimately, otherwise there could be warnings or fines, as E-Recht24 explains. Participants must be well informed about their chances of winning the prizes - both in relation to the draw and the prize itself. Acting responsibly is key as participants must not be misled about the entry fee. In this case, participation is free, which is always nice.
Another plus point: The legal framework also makes it possible to determine the winner in a legally secure manner and then contact them without violating the relevant data protection regulations. For example, newsletter registrations may not be required as a mandatory requirement for participation. Whoever wins has to register within a week, otherwise the prize will be forfeited - a deadline that is tough!
