In Garmisch-Partenkirchen, a fire was started in the Church of St. Martin on Saturday afternoon, which was quickly extinguished by attentive church visitors. Suspicion is directed against a 28-year-old man from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen district who has been temporarily arrested. He was held by churchgoers after he resisted and injured two police officers and a churchgoer. During the arrest, the officers were violent, which resulted in the injured policewomen being unable to work. The Garmisch-Partenkirchen police station is now investigating resistance.
