Fire in Munich apartment: luck in misfortune, nobody injured!

on Monday, July 28th, 2025, broke out a fire in a 43-year-old apartment in Munich around 4:45 p.m. The reason for the fire is previously unknown. An attentive neighbor noticed the smoke and immediately alerted the fire brigade and the police.

The emergency services were able to open the apartment and quickly control the fire. At the time of the incident, the apartment owner was not at home. The property damage is estimated at several ten thousand euros, luckily no people were harmed. Commissioner 13 has taken over the investigation into the cause of the fire.
