In a shocking act of vandalism, previously unknown perpetrators have defaced the pedestrian underpass of the Pfalzgrafen Bridge in Amberg with political graffiti. Between August 19th and 20th, the suspected criminals sprayed an impressive 8 meter wide lettering “ANTIFA AREA” in shiny silver and red tones as well as a Palestine flag with the inscription “FREE PALESTINE”. The property damage is estimated to be in the low four-digit range, and the police believe that at least two perpetrators are responsible for this extensive damage.
The Amberg Criminal Police Inspectorate has started the investigation and is urgently looking for witnesses who made suspicious observations during the specified period.
